Automatic transcription of piano music - MIREX'07 program

Our system didn't reach good results in MIREX 2007 contest, due to a lack of time to finalize it. In particular, recall rates are dramatically low due to a bad tuning of the onset detection module. The program submitted to MIREX 2007 has been tested on the EUSIPCO'08 database. Results are shown below, for comparison purpose between original pieces, transcriptions from EUSIPCO'08 program and transcriptions from MIREX'07 program.

Legend (all rates are in %): F=F-measure, P=precision, R=recall, MOR=mean overlap ratio.
Pieces are presented from the best to the worst transcriptions, according to the F-measure obtained with EUSIPCO'08 system.
