Automatic transcription of piano music - Examples
Here are some transcription examples obtained with the system described
in the
paper Automatic transcription of piano music based on HMM tracking of jointly-estimated pitches,
by Valentin Emiya, Roland Badeau and Bertrand David, to be presented and published to
EUSIPCO'08.
Original audio is synthesized
from MIDI files available at http://www.piano-midi.de/,
using high
quality piano synthesis softwares. The automatic transcription system
takes the original audio files as its inputs and generates MIDI files.
