Current work

I am a PhD student at Laboratoire d'Informatique Fondamentale de Marseille, Qarma team which specializes in fundamental and applied research in machine learning. I am conducting research in the Lives (Learning with Interacting ViEwS) project under supervision of Cécile Capponi and Hachem Kadri. The goal of the thesis project is the development of transfer learning models for learning in the presence of multiple and interacting views. In my research on this subject I'm focusing on kernel methods, using both the traditional scalar-valued kernels and the more general operator-valued kernels.

Previous education

I obtained my master's degree in June 2016 from University of Helsinki (Finland), with the major of applied mathematics and specializing in computational mathematics. Before that I became a bachelor of science in mathematics in June 2014 from University of Helsinki, with minor in computer science.
