I am associate professor in computer science since 2007 at Polytech Marseille (graduate school of engineering) that is part of Aix-Marseille University.

I work at LIS lab (UMR 7020 CNRS) in the DANA (Data mining at scale) team.

I received my Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Caen Low-Normandy in 2004.

My research works concern data mining. I am interested in information retrieval, machine learning, and more generally data science. I am currently working on pattern mining and clustering by considering diversity, perception and approximation.
