I was born in Palermo, Italy. I received both bachelor's and master's degrees in Computer Science at the University of Palermo, Italy. In 2017 I received the master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Paris Marne-la-Vallée. In December 2020 I obtained my PhD in computer science at the University of Toulouse III-Paul Sabatier. Specialized in data-driven urban traffic modeling, developing machine-learning and optimization methods to estimate, simulate, and understand large-scale vehicular mobility systems.
