Les travaux de recherche d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s dans cette th\u00e8se s’inscrivent dans un contexte d’activites relevant a la fois de l’intelligence artificielle et de la productique, que d’aucuns appellent productique distribu\u00e9e et intelligente. Ils contribuent a l\u2019\u00e9mergence de nouveaux concepts, tant sur le plan d\u00e9finitoire que sur le plan op\u00e9ratoire, permettant de mieux appr\u00e9hender la mod\u00e9lisation des syst\u00e8mes de production et, par cons\u00e9quence, de mieux maitriser la productique distribu\u00e9e et intelligente. Nous avons introduit un nouveau concept: EMD (entreprise manufacturi\u00e8re distribu\u00e9e). L’EMD d\u00e9finie, a partir d’un point de vue cognitif, un mod\u00e8le conceptuel permettant de caract\u00e9riser deux points importants de la productique distribu\u00e9e et intelligente: (i) la r\u00e9partition a la fois de comp\u00e9tences et des capacit\u00e9s d\u00e9cisionnelles de l’entreprise conduisant a la caract\u00e9risation d’unit\u00e9s autonomes et (ii) le d\u00e9veloppement de strat\u00e9gies de coop\u00e9ration entre ces unit\u00e9s. Pour la mise en \u0153uvre de l’EMD nous avons d\u00e9fini un nouveau paradigme de modelisation nomme AOP3S (agent oriented programming paradigm for production systems). AOP3S est oriente connaissance ; il utilise certaines notions de l’architecture CIMOSA (computer integrated manufacturing open system architecture) ; et enfin, il adopte les syst\u00e8mes multi-agents comme m\u00e9thodes et outils de mod\u00e9lisation. AOP3S dispose d’un langage de repr\u00e9sentation de connaissances oriente-objet permettant de construire des mod\u00e8les op\u00e9ratoires a partir du mod\u00e8le conceptuel de l’EMD. L’utilisation de ce langage a des fins de simulation est dict\u00e9e par une d\u00e9marche m\u00e9thodologique<\/span><\/p>\n

Abstract<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The research work developed in this thesis is part of a context of activities related to both artificial intelligence and production engineering, which some people call distributed and intelligent production engineering. They contribute to the emergence of new concepts, both at the definitional and operational levels, allowing a better understanding of the modelling of production systems and, consequently, a better mastery of distributed and intelligent automation. We have introduced a new concept: EMD (distributed manufacturing enterprise). The EMD defines, from a cognitive point of view, a conceptual model allowing to characterize two important points of the distributed and intelligent production: (i) the distribution of both competences and decisional capacities of the firm leading to the characterization of autonomous units and (ii) the development of cooperation strategies between these units. For the implementation of EMD we have defined a new modelling paradigm called AOP3S (agent oriented programming paradigm for production systems). AOP3S is knowledge oriented; it uses some notions of CIMOSA (computer integrated manufacturing open system architecture); and finally, it adopts multi-agent systems as modelling methods and tools. AOP3S has an object-oriented knowledge representation language for building operational models from the EMD conceptual model. The use of this language for simulation purposes is dictated by a methodological approach<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
