Notre recherche s&rsquo;inte\u0301resse plus pre\u0301cise\u0301ment a\u0300 l\u2019ordonnancement d\u2019ateliers de production confronte\u0301s a\u0300 des e\u0301ve\u0301nements perturbateurs. Nous abordons ce proble\u0300me selon une approche de Re\u0301solution Coope\u0301rative et Distribue\u0301e de Proble\u0300me (RCDP) nous conduisant a\u0300 proposer une me\u0301thode de re\u0301ordonnancement coope\u0301ratif d\u2019atelier. Cette me\u0301thode repose sur une mode\u0301lisation organisationnelle accordant une autonomie aux machines de production leur permettant de coope\u0301rer entre elles afin de traiter au plus to\u0302t une perturbation. Dans cette perspective, nous avons e\u0301labore\u0301 un ensemble de strate\u0301gies et d\u2019ope\u0301rations de re\u0301paration consistant en des modifications locales et limite\u0301es d\u2019un ordonnancement perturbe\u0301. Pour de\u0301finir les processus coope\u0301ratifs de\u0301crits dans la me\u0301thode de re\u0301ordonnancement coope\u0301ratif, nous proposons une mode\u0301lisation multi-agents d\u2019un atelier de production comportant deux grands types d\u2019agents (agents ordonnanceur et service). Un formalisme de Repre\u0301sentation de Comportements d\u2019Agents (RCA), consistant en un graphe d\u2019e\u0301tats fortement type\u0301s, est e\u0301galement de\u0301fini pour spe\u0301cifier par des plans comportementaux (PC), les activite\u0301s des agents en coope\u0301ration. Sur la base de la spe\u0301cification de strate\u0301gies de re\u0301ordonnancement par ce formalisme ainsi que de la mode\u0301lisation multi-agents associe\u0301s, nous avons de\u0301veloppe\u0301 un prototype informatique appele\u0301 MACSS (MultiAgent Cooperative reScheduling System). Ce de\u0301veloppement repose sur l\u2019e\u0301laboration et l\u2019utilisation d\u2019outils informatiques permettant la conception et l\u2019imple\u0301mentation en re\u0300gles de production CLIPS, des plans comportementaux spe\u0301cifie\u0301s par des graphes RCA. Enfin, Nous illustrons la mise en \u0153uvre de la me\u0301thode de re\u0301ordonnancement coope\u0301ratif, en utilisant MACSS sur un cas pratique pour simuler le comportement d\u2019un atelier de production face a\u0300 des perturbations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><em>Abstract<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><em>Distributed Artificial Intelligence (DAI) and more particularly MultiAgent Systems (MAS) propose nowadays solutions to many industrial problems. Our research focuses more precisely on workshop scheduling facing disrupting events. We address this issue by proposing a co-operative workshop rescheduling method with a Cooperative Distributed Problem Solving (CDPS) approach. This method is based on an organisational modelling of a workshop granting autonomy to the workshop machines, enabling them to engage cooperations to manage a disruption the earliest as possible. To achieve this, we have elaborated a set of repair scheduling strategies and operations consisting in local and limited modification of a disrupted scheduling. To define the cooperative processes involved in the cooperative rescheduling method, we propose a workshop multiagent-modelling composed of two category of agents (scheduler and service agents). An Agent Behaviour Representation Formalism (ABR), consisting in a strongly typed State Graphs, is also proposed to specify, with Behavioural Plans (BP), the agents activities. Based on the strategies specifications made with this formalism, combined to the corresponding multiagents modelling, we have developed a software prototype called MACSS (MultiAgent Cooperative reScheduling System). Its development relies on the elaboration and the use of software tools enabling the design and the implantation of these behavioural plans (specified by ABR graphs) in CLIPS rules.
