La simulation s&rsquo;inscrit naturellement aupr\u00e8s des d\u00e9cisionnaires comme un outil d&rsquo;aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision. Notre travail de recherche porte sur la d\u00e9finition d&rsquo;une approche de mod\u00e9lisation et de simulation orient\u00e9e agents de cha\u00eenes logistiques dans un contexte de personnalisation de masse. Nous proposons un cadre m\u00e9thodologique dructur\u00e9 selon trois niveaux d&rsquo;abstraction: Mod\u00e8le de Domaine, Mod\u00e8le Conceptuel et Mod\u00e8le Op\u00e9rationnel. Les mod\u00e8les de Domaine, issus de la mod\u00e9lisation d&rsquo;entreprise, sont \u00e9tendus au contexte de personnalisation de masse. Les mod\u00e8les Conceptuels et Op\u00e9rationnels, d\u00e9riv\u00e9s du mod\u00e8le de Domaine, sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s selon le paradigme agent. Une architecture logicielle, compos\u00e9e de deux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d&rsquo;agents en interaction, assure l&rsquo;impl\u00e9mentanon et l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution d&rsquo;agents cognitifs et r\u00e9actifs. Un cas industriel est trait\u00e9 et les r\u00e9sultats de simulations sont interpr\u00e9t\u00e9s<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><em>Abstract<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\" xml:lang=\"en\"><em>Supply chains represent a competitive advantage that companies try to maintain. Simulations represent a decision-making tool naturally used by decision-makers for the definition of alternative strategies. Our research work concerns the definition of an agent oriented approach to model and simulate supply chains in a mass customisation context. We propose a methodological framework structured according to three levels of abstraction: Domain Model, Conceptual Model and Operational Model. The Domain models, stemming from the enterprise modelling, are adapted to me mass customisation context. The Conceptual and Operational models, derived from the Domain Model, are developed according to the agent paradigm. A simulation platform, consisted of two societies of agents in interaction, assures me implementation and the execution of cognitive and reactive agents.
