Elle vise \u00e0 lever certaines limitations existantes concernant l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des Jeux S\u00e9rieux de Gestion de Crise (JSGC). Les JSGC constituent une alternative innovante dans laquelle les joueurs essaient de g\u00e9rer une crise. Les constats motivant ce travail sont: (1) la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 grandissante pour les chercheurs d&rsquo;\u00e9tudier les facteurs de succ\u00e8s contribuant \u00e0 l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 des JSGC, (2) l&rsquo;insuffisance des travaux d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation prenant en compte l&rsquo;aspect \u00e9motionnel, et (3) la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;exploiter les r\u00e9sultats d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation pour adapter le jeu aux profils des joueurs dans le but d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer leur apprentissage. Face \u00e0 ces constats, cette th\u00e8se tente d\u2019apporter des contributions aussi bien sur le plan th\u00e9orique que pratique qui s\u2019articulent autour de deux grands axes. Premi\u00e8rement, nous proposons un cadre th\u00e9orique pour l\u2019\u00e9valuation dans les JSGC. Ce cadre est bas\u00e9 sur une grille d\u2019analyse d\u00e9taillant les crit\u00e8res et les indicateurs permettant de les mesurer et qui peuvent \u00eatre class\u00e9s sous trois facettes d\u2019\u00e9valuation : p\u00e9dagogique, \u00e9motionnelle et sociale. Deuxi\u00e8mement, nous proposons une approche d\u2019\u00e9valuation des joueurs dans les JSGC bas\u00e9e sur deux m\u00e9thodes permettant d\u2019\u00e9valuer les facettes sociale et \u00e9motionnelle. La premi\u00e8re m\u00e9thode vise \u00e0 produire une \u00e9valuation aussi bien quantitative que qualitative des interactions entre les joueurs. La deuxi\u00e8me m\u00e9thode vise \u00e0 produire une \u00e9valuation formative et sommative des \u00e9tats affectifs des apprenants \u00e0 deux niveaux : individuel et collectif. Les r\u00e9sultats d\u2019\u00e9valuation sont exploit\u00e9s pour proposer une adaptation d\u2019un jeu simulant un exercice d\u2019\u00e9vacuation d\u2019un b\u00e2timent en cas d\u2019incendie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><em>Abstract<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><em><span xml:lang=\"en\">This thesis fits into the field of technology enhanced learning environments. It aims to resolve some existing limitations concerning the evaluation of Crisis Management Serious Games (CMSG). CMSG constitute an innovative alternative in which players try to manage a crisis situation. The findings motivating this work are: (1) the growing need for researchers to study the success factors contributing to the effectiveness of CMSG, (2) the lack of existing evaluation works taking into account the emotional aspect, and (3) the need to exploit the evaluation results to adapt the game to learners\u2019 profiles in order to improve their learning experience. Stemming from these findings, this thesis attempts to develop contributions on both theoretical and practical levels that revolve around two main axes. Firstly, we propose a theoretical framework for individual and collective evaluation in CMSG. This framework is based on an analysis grid detailing the criteria and indicators for measuring them that can be classified under three evaluation facets: pedagogical, emotional and social. Secondly, we propose an approach to evaluate learners in CMSG based on two methods for evaluating the social and emotional facets. The first method aims to produce a quantitative and a qualitative evaluation of interactions between players. The second method aims to produce a formative and summative evaluation of learners\u2019 emotional states at two levels: individual and collective.
