I graduated from my PhD in GRAAL, Université Laval, QC, Canada, supervised by François Laviolette and Jacques Corbeil, co-supervised by Cécile Capponi at QARMA, LIS, AMU, Marseille, France. My PhD lasted from September 2017 to November 2023 and I am mainly interested in multi-view and statistical machine learning. My work has lead me to focus on ensemble methods, PAC-Bayesian learning, interpretable approaches and, lately causal learning. I mainly applied those models to biological data, with the goal of extracting new biomarkers
but I am interested in any challenging application field.Proud developer and maintainer for the multi-learn GitHub organization, and active member of the Corbeil Lab machine learning experts team.
